Stadium Properties, LLC is a privately held, fully integrated, entrepreneurial real estate company that develops and operates income producing real estate assets in Arizona, California and Nevada. Stadium Properties opened its first self-storage facility in 1996 located in Tucson, AZ. Today it owns and operates over 25 storage locations with plans to develop and expand its presence throughout the southwest.
